A buyer can be any person over 18 years of age, a natural or legal person of legal capacity.
By subscribing to Jumbo Box or PowerBox the user understands and accepts Terms of Use of the Iskon.Jumbo service
and General Terms of Iskon Internet d.d.
All prices are in HRK and include VAT.

How to buy a service?
Choose the service best suited for your needs and then choose the duration of your subscription (30, 180 or 365 days).
After you have choose the duration of your subscription, you need to click on the "Pay" button.
After you click on the "Pay" button, we need you to choose the payment method. Fill in all the mandatory fields and then proceed by clicking on the "Buy" button.
For every payment you make, we will send you an invoice to the email address you provided to us during the registration.
Payment options
Subscription to Jumbo Box and Powerbox service can be bought only by credit card. We support the following credit cards:

Payment safety
Iskon Internet d.d. uses T-Com PayWay system to authorize and conduct payment. Safety of your personal data during communication between your computer and T-Com PayWay system is fully secured using encryption and safety protocols. Encryption is a process that converts regular text into coded text with the help of algorithms and secret or public keys.
The data transferred over our web page are protected by SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol. SSL protocol encrypts data upon entry through our web interface, thus creating a safe channel for data transfer without possibility of unauthorised access during communication between your computer and our servers (and vice versa). User generated data is protected by 128 bit SSL protocol encryption. 128 bit encryption with an SSL protocol is currently the highest standard in communication protection and in data transfer over the Internet. It is used by all major providers of communication or data transfer over the Internet. The provider that offers online payment service are in a private network that is protected by a double layer of firewalls that prevent unauthorised access. Data exchange between T-Com and authorisation centres for bank cards is done over a private network that has no Internet access and is secured from unauthorised access by using ISO 8583 protocol.
T-Com blocks all unauthorised parties during the payment process. We do not have any access to your credit card number at any point of the transaction process. We can only see the number of your transaction. We are authorised to complete the transaction or to cancel the transaction.
Protection
Iskon Internet d.d. is here-by obligated to provide protection of personal data of all Iskon Jumbo users, by gathering only essential data about the users that we need to complete an verify the account. We are also obligated to inform all the users about the way that their personal data will be used , regularly give them the option to control the use of their personal data by offering them opt-in/opt-out feature for the use of their data for marketing purposes. All the user data are confidential and available only to Iskon employees who are directly involved in the operation of Jumbo service. All the employees of Iskon Internet d.d. and its business partners are responsible and obliged to maintain personal data protection.
Duration of subscription
Subscription starts on the payment date and ends on the last day at 11:59 pm.
Duration of subscription can be extended at any point, and we will add he new days to your current days of service.
You can subscribe to a maximum of 450 days of service.
Communication
We will send you various notifications after you do a certain activity
(registration confirmation, subscription confirmation, payment records).
For this reason, we need you to provide an accurate email address so you can receive all the necessary
inforamtion.

Payment cancelation
According to the Consumer Protection Act, when you subscribe to a service over the Internet, you have
the right to terminate the subscription and get your money back within 7 days of subscribing to the service.
This is not applicable if the user has already used the service.
